LLC NEVkom specializes in the development and further production of automated equipment for equipping various kinds of production lines.In the company I am responsible for the following tasks:- Administration of the full cycle of development and production of robotic equipment- Building and maintaining strong and long-term customer relationships- Development and coordination and updating of the project schedule, control of execution- Project document management- Participation in domestic and international exhibitions and conferences to present new and existing solutions- Project budget management and project group labor costs, payment management- Participation in commissioning works- Support and coordination of equipment creation at all stages of the project life cycle- Organization of interaction of project participants- Organization of timely purchase of components and launch of products into production- Risk analysis, development and implementation of corrective measures- Organization of work of organizations involved in the implementation of the project: coordination of volumes, terms and cost of work, conclusion of contracts, control of performance of contractual obligations, receipt of closing documents- Analysis of customer requirements, preparation of presentations on the supplied products- Conducting business correspondence, phone calls and participating in video conferences with customers in English.

ITRIUM LLC is engaged in the independent development and production of products for solving business problems and comprehensive security - access control and management, PSIM, security and fire alarm systems, video surveillance and process automation.In the company I was responsible for the following tasks:-Building and maintaining strong and long-term customer relationships-Identification of needs that can be successfully met through projects-Development of new project plans in consultation with stakeholders, including clients and staff-Participation in domestic and international exhibitions and conferences for the presentation of new and existing products-Assistance in the development and updating of existing training courses for the integration of various IT solutions to system administrators and maintenance service engineers-Planning and conducting a project meeting to inform team members about the roles, expectations from the project and the final results-Control over the work of personnel to ensure high quality and compliance with deadlines-Creating a budget and various presentations under the supervision of a senior project manager-Ensuring the implementation of the project in accordance with the plan.-Monitoring and documenting the progress of the project to ensure its implementation on time and within budget
