I am working on a project to transfer the frontend of the company's main product to new technologies (Vue Js, Typescript, Vite).I organized the process of hiring employees for the team. Conducted technical interviews. Coordinate the work of the frontend development team. Conduct code reviews. Select libraries and technologies that will be used to implement current tasks and justify the choice.When introducing new approaches to development, I record screencasts for the team.I implemented a clean architecture on one of the critical interface blocks. And also a mindmap for manual testing of this block. Moved the internal UI library to a private npm package. Configured its publication, changelog creation and versioning via CI/CD gitlab. For these purposes, I implemented the practice of using Conventional Commits in the team.

Transferred parts of the user interface of the main product to new technologies (Vue Js).Conducted refactoring of integrations with Bitrix24 and AmoCRM. Wrote unit tests using Jest and End-to-End tests using Cypress. Configured CI/CD testing.Participated in the implementation of projects for third-party customers in the front-end part (one of the latest projects is a content management system for sites with SSR for a group of hotels, using Nuxt Js, PHP, Swagger technologies). Implemented a system for caching requests to the server, using the capabilities of Nuxt Js.Was engaged in searching and fixing bugs.For more convenient development, as well as for the convenience of testing on various platforms and operating systems, I deployed the main working project locally in docker containers, linked all microservices through a local https proxy with an installed SSL certificate to a local domain name, which is resolved by a local DNS server.

Decided to introduce a new product that was not available in the region. Bought technological processes and worked out the technology for producing decorative stone.Was the first in the region to issue Technical Conditions for products of this kind and conduct certification. Organized a sales system, developed a dealer network, as well as a motivation system and rules for dealers.Was engaged in hiring employees, internal corporate culture and a motivation system. Completed additional training in the Professional Management Program and implemented a lean manufacturing system. Launched a product catalog website in order to increase the share of direct sales. Based on the results of 2012, the company occupied a leading position in the production of decorative stone in Uzbekistan.In addition to the main activity, launched the masterhand.uz project (analogous to profi.ru) in Uzbekistan.

Introduced KPI for the Foreign Economic Activity Department. Introduced a system for checking foreign trade contracts and related documents using checklists, which reduced the number of unscheduled work by 2 times. Organized uninterrupted supply of raw materials and introduced a system of minimum raw material balances in warehouses. Implemented an accounting and planning system in Excel. Implemented a task tracker based on Excel.

Conducted analysis of the foreign market and foreign suppliers, negotiated with suppliers, concluded contracts. Controlled customs clearance of cargo, delivery to the warehouse and tracking of balances. Compiled reports.
