Having decades of experience in the automation field of the beverage industry, in addition to maintaining everyday plant operations, I've contributed to diverse projects across Eastern and Central Europe, including startups of packaging lines, cooling plants optimization, and major brewery upgrades. My work in utilities consumption efficiency, particularly in optimizing a modern ammonia plant (mainly through advanced control algorithms and minor equipment upgrades), resulted in electricity savings of approximately 35%, translating into hundreds of thousands of euros saved over the years.I've developed software aimed at enhancing Safety, Quality, and Lean production processes. I specialize in optimizing processes in complex systems, whether ensuring the failure-proof operation and energy efficiency of technological processes or enhancing the speed and cost-efficiency of software applications and people collaboration. While I excel as a specialist rather than a manager, my contributions significantly impact team success through mentoring, leadership, and cross-departmental collaboration.Currently, I'm mainly focused on the IntelliFlow.app project, a collaboration web application now in use at industrial plants in Europe. My focus is on continuous improvement and integrating cutting-edge AI features, such as Semantic Search and smart problem-solving assistance, to elevate its functionality.Outside of work, my interests in travel, chess and enjoyment of simple pleasures, like walks with my Corgi balance my life thus helping my professional journey.
