When I was 12 years old my friend showed me BASIC computer language. I though it can be handy to use it to solve some math homework.I started doing LANs in apartment houses with friends before internet was fast and widespread and later landed a job as network engineer. I was doing automation using Perl scripts and later started to manage a team of support and network engineers. Later I moved more into development and since Perl didn't have good framework for web I started to look around and liked Ruby on Rails.Since then I looked more on software development side, Ruby on Rails and some JS, and started to lead a team of developers. Improving my skills I learned more about Ruby world and JS frameworks and after some time started to be involved in architecture conversation and then moved into software architecture and technical strategy.With that I started to be even more interested in leadership, strategy, be a better mentor helping my team, empowering them to make decisions.Recently I spend time thinking about improving engineering, IT and business processes, write professional blog on Linked In, participate and speak at meetups about Agile, UX, software and started vlogging.My formal resume is below, it has lots of important details.
