I grasped the necessity of multi-dimensional growth from an early age, and as a result, I involved myself in various social activities and part-time employment which gave me the opportunity to develop my communication and people management skills. Besides my accounting and financial academic background, I was able to refine my Human Resource Management skills and extend my perspective as a consequence.Transitioning into the tech industry from a non-tech background is no easy feat, but I was determined to succeed. As an HR professional, I knew that the industry demanded meticulous planning, organizing, and controlling of departmental activities and actions. It was an arduous journey, but with the steadfast support of my colleagues and the visionary leadership of the company, I was able to not only learn the ropes but also thrive in my role.I actively engage in the daily operations of the HR duties and responsibilities in my present role. In addition, I complete numerous administrative tasks allocated to me by management, demonstrating my versatility as a team member.
