• Attained training on the Retail Market and Distribution System of Singer Bangladesh.• Analyzed the two way communication between District Managers and Branch Managers to Drive Growth.• Assessed Areas within Markets to Accelerate the formulation of “Retail expansion plan 2023” under supervision of RSM (East).• Led a team of Branch Managers in an FGD in integrating “Limited time Product Trial”Across Branches, to facilitate sales.• Worked in Khulna (South West Region), in Markets of Shatkhira, Kushtia, Norail , Jessore, deployed under the Area Manager.• Supervised 12 Branches in Khulna city, monitoring Sales (Hire Purchase cash), Collection, Forecast, YTD target & Achievement, Shop Merchandising, Shop Checklist, Hire Account Checking (F-578) and compliance management.• Devised Strategic guidance for a poorly performing shop, resulting in a 36% growth.• Responsible for POSM management of 39 shops (Central A) Dhaka, driving customer engagement.• Co-ordinated “GONDO-GOAL” Campaign activations for FIFA world cup 2022, & aided in vendor management

• Pitched donors with our proposal and managed donations for the deprived children.• Worked in different projects of ‘Shokhkhom’ and managed funds for the needy families in especially rural areas of Bangladesh. (A project where fund is generated from 'Zakat' during Eid-al-Fitr.)• Appointed as the Main Project Co-Ordinator in ‘Joy of Giving 2018’ and successfully raised funds worth BDT 15 Lac for the poor families during Ramadan. (A fund generation project where our volunteers generated funds from roads and traffic signals of different parts of Dhaka city)

• Played a key role in event management and hospitality of ‘HSBC Visa Debit Card Launching Ceremony 2019’ • Worked as a ‘Conference Assistant’ in the ‘Asia-Pacific Conference on Financial inclusive and Sustainable Development conducted by International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) 2019’

• Represented NSU in various conferences and seminars conducted by Bangladesh Brand Forum.• Assisted Bangladesh Brand Forum with administrational and logistical support to conduct roadshows and events in NSU premises.

• Contributed to the outreach team of the agency by going to the doors of the clients to pitch business proposal.• Successfully locked 5 clients for the agency. (Three of those being restaurants and two of those were salons)• Worked as the key account manager for 2 clients and used to generate monthly reports.
