• Advising Donetsksteel on the restructuring of its debt portfolio of more than USD 800 million;• restructuring of debts of one of the largest Ukrainian machinery producers before a pool of more than 20 creditors for more than USD 800 million;• Financial restructuring of vine production assets, including acquisition of various assets in the course of enforcement of security, by a well-known Russian bank for more than USD 35 million; and• Providing legal support to a Ukrainian oil and gas company for its restructuring prior to an IPO on the London Stock Exchange.• Advising the selling shareholders of Concern Stirol in sale of more than 90% of the shares to a Ukrainian investor; legal due diligence of more than 20 companies of the concern was conducted;• Conducting due diligence of a leading Ukrainian juice producer for a client;• Advising joint venture of Apollo Real Estate Advisors and 1849 plc in respect of obtaining a $32 million syndicated loan facility from UniCredit Bank;• Advising International Finance Corporation (IFC) in respect of provision a loan to Ukrainian banks Swedbank and Swedbank Invest, including USD 70,000,000 facility granted by IFC and USD 14,000,000 syndicated loan facility; and• Representing EBRD in USD 50 million financing of Nibulon, a leading grain exporter and producer registered in Ukraine.• Advising Boeing Capital on Ukrainian law issues regarding securing of rights of a lessor to aircraft;• Advising a San Francisco-based commercial aircraft lessor and aircraft management company on repossession of three aircrafts, previously leased to a Ukrainian aviation company; • Advising Export Development Canada on lease and general issues of aircraft finance in Ukraine and legal support of lease of five aircrafts to Ukrainian aviation company;• Providing legal support of Tele-Fonica Kable in connection with acquisition of a Ukrainian company including obtaining of a necessary permit from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine;
