In 2020, I began teaching at the PLASKE Academy in Transport Logistics and international freight forwarding. I specialised in "International Railway Cargo Transportation," focusing on IT solutions for railway logistics and other transport types. My role involved educating logistics specialists and newcomers about digital logistics processes and IT solutions. The course, integral to PLASKE Academy's curriculum for international business, trade transport, and logistics, has successfully trained about 500 individuals. The academy emphasises quality education, employing instructors trained under the FIATA Train-the-Trainer program and seasoned industry practitioners.

Backend improvement, including tasks with REST API and DB integration on Python and document integration via Java and Kotlin (Spring) using gRPC and XSLT, React, and Node.js development. Single support of Node.js internal application and XSLT scripts. The product was based on microservices architecture with Docker. I also mentored new developers and team leads in the company.Projects:Smashdocs is a product for handling online text documents with a powerful user rights system.Key achievements:Backend validation refactoring of 100+ models via Pydantic with its own OpenAPI generation.XSLT optimisation for large file processing from 1 hour to 5 minutes saving clients money and time.
