From a young age, I knew I didn’t want to live in a country where opportunities were blocked by corruption and bribery. I wanted to be part of big projects and make impactful decisions. And be resultative.This drive led me to start my career at UMC, a rapidly growing company at the time. I advanced from a call center operator to a dealer network development manager. In this role, I truly grasped the importance of direct communication and valuable feedback from people. After earning my MBA, I started the project with Leo Burnett with full P&L responsibility. In 2003, I joined Samsung, excelling as a country sales and marketing manager, delivering outstanding results. By then, I knew for sure that entrepreneurship was my ultimate goal.I started with the simple idea that in order to build a strong and successful company, you need to build it in a strong and successful economy with the rules of law.My first business project was Ukraine and Germany's company called UGE GmbH.It was a boutique IT outsourcing company. I then transitioned into the media production and entertainment industry, becoming a producer and owner of several large projects. When one of my shows was shut down due to political reasons, I realized I wanted to transform and modernize the corrupt systems governing my country.This led me to take on the role of Director of the Ukrainian National Exhibition Center, where I restructured the organization, created jobs, and turned it into a profitable enterprise. Still, this is the only successful and profitable government company in Ukraine with no government support.Later, I became a managing partner at Unit City, Eastern Europe's most significant innovation hub.Eventually, I was invited to serve as an advisor to the Mayor of Kyiv. In this capacity, alongside my public organization, the Office of Transformation, I worked to implement modern, transparent governance mechanisms in city administration.My mission through the Office of Transformation is to rebuild and develop Ukraine by fighting corruption and leading local and national infrastructure and social projects.I’m open to any form of collaboration, partnership, or support.
