Development of technical and technological documentation. Maintain manufacturing plan- project budgets. Create and maintain project schedules. Production process management. Resolving any issues and problem solving. Maintaining regular meeting schedules. Ensurance that the final product meets or exceeds expectations.

Writing grant and investment projects for the development of the infrastructure of the reserve. Project management. Contact with government officials on behalf of the enterprise.Creation and management of the museum renovation project with time, cost, quality and ultimate operational impact targets. Proactive risk and issue management, including identification, evaluation, prioritisation, mitigation and resolution. Data collection, analysis and numeracy including budgetary responsibility and financial monitoring. Problem-solving, discuss and present complex issues around planning and delivery of a variety of operational services. Resource management and planning, taking account of pressures in other parts of the organisation, while continuing to drive the project forward.
