Maksym Didyk is a Data Engineer at WebLegends at WebLegends. Colleagues describe him as "Dedication, Responsibility, Ownership, Reliability, Technical Excellence… I can continue on and on. The list is quite big and impressive, but if you ever worked with Maksym you would understand why. Despite the fact that we’ve been working at the same company for quite a while, only recently I’ve got a chance to work with Maksym on the same project. To be honest, the project was not a piece of cake – pretty tight deadlines, lack of resources, vague requirements, new technology stack… typical project, you know)) But if it wasn’t for Maksym it wouldn’t be successfully delivered. I was impressed how quickly he got into relatively new domain and completely new technology stack. I also like his attitude, dedication and overall approach when it comes to database development. Especially that if he says he would do it – it means you have nothing to worry about; its gonna be delivered timely, with an excellent quality and stable performance. And again, ownership and reliability – Maksym is not the type of person who would do a slipshod work: if something doesn’t make sense he would double-check and clarify the requirements with a stakeholders, upstream/downstream/dependent systems, consider all sources of information and synthesize it into a thoughtful decision the product will benefit from. Once again, Maksym, big shout out to you for all the hard work you’ve done. I really enjoyed working with you and hope this is not the last project we were working on together."
