In my role as Delivery Director, I am responsible for leading and managing the Engineering staff and PMO departments. Responsibility: resource management (200+ engineers), people management of more than 50 distributed team leads, developers and other managers, developing and roll out engineering processes, couching of team-leaders, refining SDLC.Achievements: built dozens teams to deliver solutions for numbers global-brand projects in e-commerce sphere. Reduced costs of full-cycle development process within company. Some courses for training center were created and delivered. Implemented some new and reduced costs for a number of existed processes that are related to business operations.

Responsibility: management of three different projects in Media and e-gov areas. Service and product development.Achievements: a number of project with foreign projects were delivered. Two of them were taken in critical conditions but were put right. Mentioned projects were developed using web-technologies and responsive design for thousands of concurrent users.

Responsibility: management of department (3 subdepartments) which focuses on product development, R&D software projects, and projects in e-governance.Achievements: a number of national level projects were planned, developed and delivered (different stages). A number of d-sign oriented projects were planned, developed and delivered. Took a part in international tenders in collaboration with foreign companies.

Responsibility: management of project department. Taking a part in important projects as a business analyst.Achievements: a projects department was created. A number of TMS projects (FMCG market and light petroleum market) were deployed.

Responsibility: creating and management software development oriented company branch (about 20 employees). Taking a part in a few important projects as a project manager.Achievements: company branch was created. A motivational scheme and a KPIs were implemented. Software which has a lot of successful deployment was created. Database architecture was designed.

Responsibility: management of software development department. Achievements: a software development department was detached and subordinated to a business holder directly. The software was outspreaded outside a company and has several successful deployment.
