I and my team designed and developed from scratch new Privat24 iOS application and different SDKs. I integrated Apple Pay services into Privat24, passed Apple Pay certification for PrivatBank. PrivatBank is the first bank in Ukraine that integrated Apple Pay.Primary Responsibilities:- design and implement software that aligns with company's business goals and technology strategy- choose technologies and architecture for each module of the system- lead the iOS development team- ensure that developed code is maintainable / performant / extendable / deployable / testable- communicate vision to the development team- conduct code reviews, suggest adjustments- plan and implement code refactoring on the regular basis- conduct technical interviews- integrate new developers into the development process, mentoring- coding, unit testing, estimation

Primary Responsibilities:- iOS apps development and leading a team of developers- manage the process of projects estimation- curate the process of development and publication of open source iOS components to company’s GitHub and CocoaPods- review technical articles for company's blog- alongside with R&D team establish process of code review and continuous integration- interview candidates for the iOS Developer position and review their code- performance review of iOS developers on the regular basis- provide technical assistance to content delivery department- provide technical assistance to sales department- help developers with their various activities in the company- mentoring- review code as a service for clients- design and develop apps- participation in the decision-making process in the company
