- Managing and training new employees in processes and procedures to ensure 100% accuracy of color, platemaking and design preparation.- Reviewing customer files for potential problems such as size, color, fold patterns, allowances, bleeds, and resolution.- Communication with team members and clients ensuring all customer expectations are exceeded on every interaction.- Scheduling jobs in department to ensure deadlines and quality expectations are met.- Development and approval of Pre-Press processes standards.- Development and implementation Safety and Health conditions (OHSAS) and Food Safety (BRC, AIB, FDA and ISO) standards.- Implementation Lean projects for all employees.
