Duties and responsibilities:- selecting and providing local government norms, codes and standards to head engineering company SINOPEC - choosing permanent staffs and ancillary workers for projects;- expert supporting of projects for the general design stage, business trips for projects to the People's Republic of China and the Republic the Kazakstan (RK), consulting of engineers teem of the general designing company for piping/process part of projects in accordance with the local norm and codes (RK);- expert assessment of projects for the general design stage in accordance with to the local norm and codes (RK), assistance for developing project;- managing of the engineers team for preparation and adapting of the general design stage for providing to the government expertise of (RK);- participation in the international negotiations and business correspondence for the project;- project managing and quality’s control and terms of the project for parts of project Piping and Process;- developing of the part “Gas-supply” of the project;- adjustment in the “Technology” part of the Adjustment of Technical and Economic Assessment of the project;
