I am from Ukraine, but I've recently migrated to Slovakia as a student. I study Economics and Business Management, and I definitely hope to apply what I've learned in the nearest future.When I got my first job in programming, I realized that "hey, onboarding in this company really damn sucks!"And so I decided to start a startup which helps IT companies save their money and nerves to their new employees by smoothing out their integration to the company. The aspect of integrating new developers in the system is overlooked by most companies. During the initial 3-6 months, the new hire is only 50% from what they can actually achieve.I am determined to solve the problem every IT company sleeps on, and every developer faces.
