Main responsibilities:• Organizing from scratch the production of components for custom PCs and custom goods;• Developing ideas for custom PCs on an ongoing basis with further sale in a production line;• Development of ideas for custom PC products with further sale in a production line;• Development of services (price, method of provision) of PC customization for customers (liquid cooling, vinylography, etc.);• Organizing the production process of concepts and customized PCs;• Searching for suppliers of components for custom PCs (including abroad);• Training of employees, both for production and for the PC assembly unit;• Creating PC configurations for the website and for the warehouse.Achievements:• Establishment of a department of custom PCs and custom goods from scratch;• Scaling up the production of the custom PC department to more than 200 PCs per month; • Establishment of the production of custom goods from scratch (PC plates, backplates, fan grills, vinylography, wallart, etc.);• Organization of cooperation with key providers of finished goods and manufacturers of custom parts for outsourcing in Ukraine and abroad for this department (more than 4 suppliers);• Organization of the employee training process;• Creating custom PCs according to our own standards.
