• Manage and configure Fortigate, Cisco network hardware.• Implement and support wireless centralized network based on Cisco Catalyst 9800.• Automate software setup on Windows with Ansible Playbooks.• Administrate Microsoft AD, DNS, Jira, Slack, SVN and other coporate services.• Create accounts and issuanced access for company employees and outsourcers.• Manage inventory of corporate equipment. Manage purchases of tester's equipment, workstations, spare parts and periphery.• Provide user workstation's support: OS and software installation and updating. Local and remote software and hardware troubleshooting (ticket system).• Provide technical support for internal streams, company webinars.
