A. IT Delivery and Helpdesk• Install, maintain and monitor the ICT systems and equipment in offices and in the field and register assets in Odoo ERP System, tagging each asset and tracing all movements• Liaise on a regular basis with IT suppliers upon whom Al-mesalla relies, both in Erbil and in the field bases, ensuring quality service is maintained.• Supervise, plan and provide network security. Maintaining of the security management protocols (back-ups, anti-malware, updates and software patching, firewall protection, radioprotection, etc.)• Regular online help desk, and corrective and preventive maintenance activities (check-up and cleaning, etc.), update and upgrade activities, ensure questions and problems related to ICT are solved.• Set up and manage all staffs emails across the mission. B. IT development and training of staff• Manage and support the mission on the use of Odoo and follow up online warehouse management System to supplement Odoo and other Platforms.• Training to staff on basic IT topics (security, file sharing, etc.)• Coach IT focal points in the projects.C. Visibility and Communication• Take the lead on implementing communication activities and provide deliverables as clearly stipulated in the project proposal, detailed implementation plan and as requested by Al-messala or its donor(s).• Under the supervision of the Shared Future Project Director and in coordination with other staff, develop and implement a strategic communications plan for the project so that the project’s successes and donors are appropriately well-recognized.• Produce communications materials (in English, Arabic, and Kurdish) that effectively communicate about the project to internal and external audiences, including donors, media, local communities, and other constituencies. Collaborate with local partner(s) to prepare communication pieces.• Track local and international media sources to collect press clippings related to the project.

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).• Setting up the account, programs, and other related IT equipment for new employees.• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.• Testing new technology.• Possibly training more junior staff members.• To perform database management and administration.• To perform such other duties directly related to the main duties listed above or related to the delivery of the output and resultsexpected from the IT Officer/Systems Administrator in the roles ascribed to them according to their postings.• Serve as a consultant for Information Technology difficulties and complications.
