Started as a caregiver moved up quickly to RCC. I worked along with executive director, RN, and business office manager. -Communications with outside agencies including hospice, medical offices, families and regional directors. -state survey -training with medication aides and caregivers, as well as continues education for myself-create service plans for staff to follow-scheduling for med aides and caregivers

-Supervised and encouraged activities to promote their development -Communicate with parents on child's progress

-bathed, dressed and undressed residents-recorded temperatures, blood pressures, pulse and fluid/food intake and output. -passed medications-cleaned rooms, made beds and answered calls

-daily meal planning, activities and learning-recommended methods for inappropriate behavior and encourage learning experiences

-Supervised employees-Scheduled work hours-Operates dry cleaning machines
