I being a volunteer for the Campaign REFspect, and very proactive in everything i do, to achieve the best i can. I am always creating new methods including writing a song Eootball emotions to help with the volunteer and promotional work of good behaviour on the touchlines in grassroots football, i am also very keen and good team leader with a friendly manner, i always try to finish what i have started and bring people together, i am also very passionate in everything i do,including my job as a senior support worker. I never give up in life, encouraging myself and others around me to be more confident within themselves and in turn encourage others.I never take No as a negative answer in my voluntary work, or my full time job. The word No will only encourage me to work harder and question myself as to why i did not do better, I will always look to improve myself with anything i get involved with.Having a positive attitude in life does help me to work harder until i achieve my goals on and off the field of play at grassroots football, our work helps to create a bigger attraction towards the junior game for more young referees and footballers helping to develop their skills in a much more safer environment on and off the field of play. .

Founder Of DxtlDon'T X The Line Campaign Dec 2003 - PresentYou can't beat a game of football, whether you're a player, supporter, or referee. But there is a growing trend across the country threatening to ruin the sport. Abusive behaviour, aggression and racist comments are driving people away from the game in their droves, and something is needed to reverse this alarming trend. The Don't X The Line initiative was set up in 2003 to help promote an environment for fair play and educate people of all ages the importance of respect and tolerance in grass roots football. We must protect our children and referees, and bring back sportsmanship and fair play within our junior and youth football. -

Care In The CommunitySelect Support Partnerships Jun 2010 - PresentLiverpoolI work as a senior support work with Select Support Partnerships. The people i support have learning difficulties, and others have mental health issues. I work hard to build confidence also i encourage them to live normal lives within the communities that they live in. They feel alone with no self confidence, and believe people around them have no understanding on how they may feel within themselves, or how other people may react to them on certain situations they may come across. The role i have is very rewarding to me. it gives me the opportunity not only to support them in their everyday lives,it encourages me to bring hope and inspire them to move forward and help them to achieve goals in life.
