Representing Shared Services ICT as a senior supplier in the construction of new schools and additions to schools. Managing a program of projects from cabling in schools to future proofing, energy monitoring, and HD video conferencing capability.

Undertake pre-project engagement activities with clients; Add value in formulation of business cases and project funding submissions; Consult with the client on project startup and initiation processes to achieve best outcomes; Manage client expectations through these phases; Work with ICT (account) managers to enhance Shared Services ICT's service offerings to clients; As required, manage feasibility studies, the provision of possible solutions to business requirements, and associated costing and estimates; Train and mentor ICT project managers; Consult with ICT Program and Project Managers within ACT Government to improve processes and manage the building of ICT project management knowledge.

Managed a program of rolling out a Windows XP SOE to 10,500 desktops within the ACT Government.

Managed IT infrastructure implementations Australia-wide for the company's clients. This included SOE upgrades, Desktop and server refreshes, IT and sensitive equipment relocations, national IT audits.

Managed infrastructure projects for the company's 'Cluster 3' contract clients. Projects included national hardware refreshes, new site commissionings, mainframe and server applications, server implementations.
