About Mal Ward

I landed in tech by accident. Through scrappiness, curiosity, and leveraging the right resources at the right time, I knew I was meant to be here. With some exploration I found my passion in learning and development while helping break down complex products and terminology to both internal hires and customers. I've worked in frontline Customer Support, L&D, Community, technical facilitation, and Sales Enablement. At this time, I'm writing video scripts and curriculum to help business owners gain digital tooling knowledge and to find success in organizational change management. I'm passionate about the democratization of technology and believe that knowledge sharing provides a foundation for stronger teams to work cross functionally.I've had the opportunity to build relationships and thrive working cross collaboratively with teams, managers, and C-Suite. Improvisation has been a strength throughout my life thus far and I flourish in opportunities that offer this type of space to solve problems thoughtfully and efficiently.
