• Lead the daily SCRUM meeting and guide QA’s and Developer’s regarding the defects, specification and mapping documents. • Collaborate with Quality Assurance Lead and business SMEs to develop test cases to verify and validate the deliverable • Coordinate with business leads to arrange UATs schedules and plans. • Collaborate with teams to formulate the testing scope for each sprint. • With the help of the ticketing system (Gemini), keep track of the defects reported and update teams on the progress. • Update the project and program managers of any issues that could impact the scope, quality, cost or schedule for the projects Note: All tests are manual tests and not automated tests

• Understanding the business process and requirements, translating them into functional specifications and documenting the specifications • Requirement documentation and sign off from business owners. • Liaise with development team regarding requirements specs, change requests, enhancements or feedback from customer. • Responsible for getting sign off on milestones & deliverables from the client. • Experienced in various requirement gathering techniques such as client interviewing, brainstorming sessions, requirements workshops, problem tracking, prototyping and document analysis. • Preparing GAP analysis for product enhancements and benchmarking. • Interaction with client(s) and development team on deliverables. • Updating the ticketing system with status of tracked items and using the tool to do reporting to stakeholders. • Lead configurator- Configured the software to tailor it to the specific needs of the business. • Conducted training, written manuals and performed demos to clients and stakeholders.
