I work as a lead teacher for the English department (Grades 1 & 2 - Cambridge curriculum).I am the lead teacher of the English department (Grades 1 & 2) for three campuses of CS Academy ( Erode, Redfields-Coimbatore, Kovaipudur-Coimbatore).I keep track of teachers' progress and help in creating resources and executing the same.

• Worked as Kindergarten Academic co ordinator in CS Academy, Erode from June 2012.• Conducted training and evaluation for Kinder Garden teachers.• Organized parent orientation programs.• Designed KG curriculum and ensured oversaw all the Kindergarten operations carried out.• Designed all the activity books in accordance with the curriculum.• Managed extra curricular events on monthly basis. • Assessed and reported child growth on yearly basis for all children before end of the term. • Collecting feedback from teachers on specific needs of the children and communicating them to the parents.• Conducted reading and story telling classes for the children.
