• Manage the implementation of the projects & tasks required from the software development team.• Manage the implementation of software development policies, procedures, standards, and ensure the quality and consistency of the developed applications.• Manage AmCham website, web advertising system, AmCham Tenders Alert Service, Cyberlink, external hosted sites, AmCham online payment system, and AmCham sms system.• Manage in-house developed systems (Events Online Registration system, Membership management system, Membership Online Renewal, AmCham annual directory update, SQL reporting service, BIC telesales system, BIC revenue/collection system, BIC marketing campaigns system).• Manage database administration duties (Monitoring, installation and configuration, performance tuning, backup/recovery, maintenance, troubleshooting).• Manage, and automate the process of sending personalized and customized emails, reminders, and alerts according to the business requirements.• Monitor developer’s performance, help developers resolve technical issues, establish plans for improvement when necessary, and conduct annual reviews in conjunction with management.• Interact with different AmCham departments to understand their business needs and identify potential solutions.• Provide system analysis, design, implementation, software requirements specification (SRS) development for information systems solutions.• Implement online analytical reports.• Provide out of working hours support to AmCham operation by accessing AmCham platform remotely.• Keep abreast with the latest development methodologies, tools, and best practices.• Assist the system administrators whenever needed.
