In the last 3 years I have worked as a Digital Marketing Analyst for FORD Ltd, India. I have precisely updated configuration, Promotional modification, Brochure request & Test drive vehicle information in the various regional Ford websites of Europe. I have maintained Ford Marketing websites across Europe and exhibited the vehicles as per Clients requirements. I have allocated requests received from clients across Europe and tracked them with the help of a JIRA tool to complete the task before SLA (stipulated timeline) for the best satisfaction of the client. I have also prepared management Information reports on the Launch status, Turn Around Time and Quality. In addition to this, I have successfully Identified and solved bottlenecks in the end-to-end system and improved performance and availability through metrics, monitors and SLAs. I have also extracted data from websites using requests and parsing it into user friendly reports in Excel. In addition to my everyday tasks, I was also responsible for training new employees to integrate into our work process. In view of leadership I led 3-5 teams of people.To strengthen my knowledge in the field of information technology, I have completed my Bachelor of Computer Science and Masters in Computer application at reputed institutions in India. During my studies I have acquired good knowledge in Python, SQL, Java, Cloud Security, RDBMS, Big Data Analysis and Digital Image Processing. In addition I have completed courses on Data analytics (Machine learning with Python). I also have Good knowledge on SEO, SAP, B2B Saas, SEM. I´m open to work and can be available flexibly.
