- Preparing, assembling, and pouring concrete into molds to create structural components such as beams, columns, panels, and other precast elements- Reading and interpreting construction blueprints and plans to ensure accurate dimensions, specifications, and placement of reinforcement materials- Placing rebar, wire mesh, or other reinforcement materials inside molds before pouring concrete to ensure structural integrity and compliance with safety standards- Finishing surfaces to meet required specifications, including smoothing, leveling, and applying protective treatments- Operating machinery such as concrete mixers, vibrators, hoists, and forklifts to move and manipulate heavy materials safely- Working with a team to ensure timely production, delivery, and installation of precast components on construction sites
