Worked with large data sources from end to end on the Google Cloud Platform using BigQuery and Apache Airflow. Helped to source and process location data, clean it, and transform it into usable features. Projects utilized a wide variety of feature manipulation techniques, Dimensionality Reduction algorithms, and Variable Selection methods. Accuracy of models was measured with multiple evaluation metrics such as comparison to simple baseline models, performance against unseen test sets, and both absolute and rank-based accuracy.In direct response to customer feedback, created a Machine Learning pipeline that allowed customers to create custom requests by drawing their own geospatial polygons.
