As Creative Director at Glanbia, I had the initial challenge of creating the company's internal creative offering. I built a team of experts that over time elevated the internal capabilities and creative offering. Pacific Region

As Regional Art Director and Head of Creative for Digicel in the Pacific and Asia, I led a talented team of creatives across 8 markets and two regions. Together, we quickly became the number one creative force in the region, producing impactful TV and outdoor advertising that touched the lives of millions of customers.I was responsible for overseeing complex projects involving hundreds of people from various departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and successful product and campaign launches on a large scale.My deep understanding of the local markets allowed me to spearhead content creation within each market, orchestrating countrywide productions that included TV productions, photoshoots, and other creative initiatives. Through my expertise in creative leadership and strategic thinking, I successfully established strong relationships with local and international crews and agencies in each region, elevating the creative output of the team to new heights and positioning Digicel as a leading brand in the Pacific.
