Successfully delivered five projects over the span of two years, working for programs funded by the USAID in the energy sector in Lebanon.• Prepared and issued service requisitions for subcontractors; participated in initiating the packagingstrategies along with the subcontracts team. • Prepared cash flow diagrams and presented it to higher management.• Managed direct team and subcontractor’s adherence to the plans and specifications as well as allrelevant project plans including the HSE Plan and ESMP.• Planned, sequenced, scheduled, allocated resources and directed the workforce to achieve targetson time within budget results.• Performed quality assurance measures by inspecting/evaluating incoming supplies/materials.• Performed inspections of work performed, and made sure safety measure are in place.• Planned and coordinated the site mobilization through the construction sequence of worksincluding road detours, crane capacity/positioning, and temporary facilities locations; limited theman-machine interface.• Prepared progress reports for management.• Identified areas of improvement, and highlighted areas of risks and opportunities.

Worked as an assistant site engineer on two high rise buildings projects for two months. Planned and organized the project work. Observed and supervised executed activities:o Concrete pouring, form work and steel work for columns, slabs, beams, shear walls and ramps.o Safety works and cleaning of steel, floors and columns.o Concrete curing.o Concrete repair for shrinkage cracks. Calculated concrete and steel amounts for comparison with BOQ values. Submitted weekly reports.
