Helps teams maintain alignment with one another and ensures smooth collaboration. Provides coaching to Product Owners, helping them implement effective product management practices to enhance team performance.• Leading team competency and health assessments to promote collaboration, helping teams identify tailored growth and development paths. Plays a key role in training, mentoring, and coaching teams, fostering the adoption of new skills and competencies that elevate their overall performance and capabilities.• Empowering teams to take ownership of staying focused on quarterly objectives, sprint goals, quality, and delivering value consistently. Supports teams in adopting practices that foster psychological safety and create a "safe to fail" environment where innovation and learning thrive.• Leveraging advanced facilitation skills to tailor the agendas of agile ceremonies, ensuring they meet the specific needs of the team while still achieving both required and desired outcomes. • Proactively identifying impediments and appropriately resolving or escalating using network of peers and formal channels. Serving as the representative in multi-team events like scrum of scrums. Supporting the team by facilitating conflict resolution and promoting a collaborative environment. • Empowering teams to align their performance metrics with their desired goals, ensuring they can effectively track, analyze, and act on those metrics. Motivating teams to regularly reflect on their performance, driving continuous improvement and progress toward their objectives.
