Accounting Manager
Current• Prepare and review of monthly reports on sales, purchases, inventory, customers and cash movement and preparing trial balance, final accounts and balance sheet with keeping a good understanding of financial reports and general ledger • Taking all necessary procedures to ensure of applying the financial law• Making sure of the accuracy of accounting records and make journal entries from the reality of original documents • Ensure proper and appropriate internal control and financial procedures in the departments.• Monitor stock levels and review inventory • Strengths include: account receivable and cash management, budgeting, variance and performance analysis, general ledger and financial statements preparation, financial analysis, internal auditing and internal & external reporting• Fully understand of all tax laws.- Ensure the proper implementation of the Tax laws in a professional manner and I have a good experience in Handling Taxation issues.- Prepare the tax file for the tax investigation and its supporting documents in case of any dispute with the tax authority through committees appeal or the courts.- Review all breakdowns and analysis which are required for tax authority investigation.- Ensure from the payments of all kinds of taxes in the deadlines and as per its legal forms to avoid any penalties or fines. - Prepare the annual tax return for the company.- Preparing and calculation quarterly withholding tax according to law 91 of 2005.- Prepare the calculation of the VAT Tax on a monthly basis as law 67-2016- Preparing and calculation monthly salary tax according to law 91 of 2005• Strong organizational, time management and problem resolution skills and detail oriented with a keen ability to recognize discrepancies; maintain a good memory.• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.• Self-motivated and able to take responsibility.
