Hi, Im Malakhy.im currently studying a bachelor of exercise and sport science with the hopes of one day being a physiotherapist.I'm passionate about physical activity and the importance of getting moving and resisting a sedentary lifestyle.I'm currently playing basketball, practicing martial arts, and training for strength power, and size in the gym.sport has played a crucial role in my life as I see myself as someone who needs a healthy balance of physical activity to keep all the areas of my life in harmonythroughout my experience in various sports I have had opportunities for coaching roles such as running basketball and martial arts training.this has taught me how to tailor advice and feedback to different demographics and learning styles.I hope to continue to implement all that I learn throughout the exercise science course in my own training to make others and myself better athletes.
