Directed & Redesigned the business processes for the logistics division for YRC Freight., increasing net margin 16 to 18% per transaction (approx. 4 million in cash) each year for 4 years, while improving on-time service 2 full percentage points over the same time period. Responsibilities include all Expedited Transportation needs and modes of transporation that move outside of the YRC Freight Asset Network - Logistics, Operations, Purchased Transportation, Billing, Pricing, Carrier Management, Project Management and Business Process Effeciency.
