My passion is relating to people and my career serving clients has given me much joy. As a professional engaged in client relationships for over twenty years, I have developed excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to take ownership of assigned accounts. I lead account management from onboarding to renewal with a client-centric focus.In the industry I am serving, where our clients, namely medical professionals, carry out a noble mission, I am able to understand client requirements and translate them into quantifiable solutions. Which has led to collaborating and assisting physicians to identify, plan and execute their practice/facility’s strategic analytical objectives.Over the years I have learnt the art of understanding clients’ immediate, short and long term business needs in order to protect, retain and increase revenues for my company as well as for clients. Developing and nurturing productive client relationships is the key to a harmonious business environment which I have observed right through my career.Conflict resolution is one of my core competencies and I communicate effectively with other internal team members to ensure resolution of problems. In my company, I have the opportunity to study the vast and complex healthcare industry. I now have a solid understanding of the entire healthcare RCM which certainly aids me in developing and maintaining wonderful client relationships.I have always believed that collaborative leadership is the future and I live it. I coach, guide and mentor junior and middle management teams.I value my time with my family and I do everything in my capacity to spend quality time with them. I love listening to music and watching movies. I appreciate art and craft in all forms.I rejuvenate myself by spending time in nature. There is nothing to beat the calming and revitalizing energies coming from nature. I encourage people around me to spend a few minutes each day among plants and trees.
