Worked in Electronics ECUs team in Powertrain, Volvo AB as Component Engineer. Engine Electronic Control Units (EECU) that are being used to control engine fuel delivery and all other engine related peripherals. I worked with the team that we own the responsibility of components from A to P-phase (Prototype to Production) and Maintenance of the existing ECUs. Responsibilities • Plan and secure all the components requirements fulfilled for the project• Communicate with stakeholders, Vehicle Engineering, EMOB in Gothenburg and Lyon and Harness team. • Analyse and assign the Pins for Sensors and Actuators based on the requirements from the Projects• Drawing the Pinout for the projects which is an input to the harness team • Review the Pinout with the Software and the Project team.• Discussion/face to face meeting with the Supplier regarding technical requirements, Protus and Issues, Ordering of required parts• EMS technical requirements update and edit in Dim RM tool.• V-Cycle tool update for EMS • Review and Test the hardware• Retrieval of component information using Part numbers.• Coordinate PAA activities and Handling Production Part Approval Process• Warehousing and supply ECU parts for other projects and to departments

I have been working with test and development at CPAC Systems, testing put me in contact with the product range and integrated functionality in Volvo products. As a member of the development team of the CICU project (Charging Interface Control Unit) with Volvo Electromobility as the customer, participated in test and verification planning, building test cases and test execution of the functionality of the CICU product. Main focus has been on requirement analysis, writing test cases and performing tests in LabVIEW based environment.
