She has over 10+ years of experience into Data Engineering, Data Testing Automation, Testing Process Excellence and People Management and manages a large team of testing experts supporting multiple clients.Malathi has sound knowledge and experience in Natural language processing, LLM and Generative AI to develop innovative and impactful products and services. She holds strong experience in end-to-end automation of Data/ETL testing for various engagements across Insurance and Banking domains.She has the right balance of business domain knowledge, as well as technical expertise which has helped in delivering high quality work in complex systems.Malathi has been working for some of the America's largest Insurance clients for the past few years and has successfully led the testing for multiple programs on cloud platforms - AWS and is responsible for the below:- Overall quality of the client product/system - Defining test strategy - Ensuring customer/stakeholder satisfaction- Managing on time delivery- Setup the automation frameworks & building reusable assets for the project - Lead and drive various Organization level initiatives
