I provided guidance and support to 10 groups participating in Akademi Impact 2022, ensuring successful project completion with enhanced accountability and transparency in their final report submissions. Additionally, I assisted the project manager in implementing monitoring and evaluation processes and compiling a comprehensive funding report. I organized a virtual closing ceremony for Akademi Impact 2022 and contributed to planning Akademi Impact 2023 by developing project briefs, engaging potential partners, and aiding in workshop module development and presentation creation. Moreover, I supported impact measurement assessments for Akademi Impact 2022 and Jelajah Impact 2023. I played a significant role in organizing the National Esports Development Guideline (NESDEG) Forum, facilitating a TikTok marketing workshop for youths, and contributing to educational initiatives through content creation. I assisted in setting up facilities in a rural Orang Asli primary school and conducted surveys to assess solar panel feasibility in Orang Asli villages.
