I was deputed as a Senior Information Developer for 2 clients - Misys and Datacert . - For Misys, my role involved creating Computer Based Training materials (CBTs) for various Misys developed software products, updating Release Notes, writing help text and alert messages for Misys customised Application Life Management tool, and adhering to the Agile project management methodology.- For Datacert, my role involved created Online help text for Datacert's Legal Management tool. The project was Scrum based, where tasks where assigned every sprint. The task involved coordinating with developers, located onsite. The project gave an opportunity to travel to the client's onsite location. The task also involved coordinating with the documentation team located in US.

Assystem India in collaboration with Assystem France is a service provider for Aerospace and Process automation product based industries. I was deputed as a Senior Technical Writer for Schneider Electric, a Process automation products manufacturing company. My role was to authoring technical guides for various Schneider Electric's Software Application products related to Industrial Automation & Building Automation. All publications were handled from the common Content Management System (CMS) supported with structured FrameMaker. One of my highlighted projects was an end-to-end creation of a UI Specification for a building automation product. My other responsibilities involved mentoring Junior Technical Writers to quick start on technical publication activities in the team.

Triumph India is a service provider for Technical Communications. I was deputed as Information Developer at Alcatel-Lucent, a Telecommunication products manufacturing company. My role involved updating various technical guides related to Optical Networking domain. The task introduced me to XML authoring using Epic Editor (DITA-specific). This required knowledge on Information Mapping methodology. My other tasks included updating various Software and Hardware Maintenance Guides, created in structured FrameMaker.

Triumph India is a service provider for Technical Communications. I was deputed as Technical Writer at VXL Instruments, a software based company. My role involved creating a User Guide for VXL's Remote Network Management Software Application. The task required designing a template, document structure and authoring content from the developer provide raw input. The manual was created in MS Word and output was PDF.

Triumph India is a service provider for Technical Communications. I was deputed as Technical Writer for Surf Communications. The client was located Off-shore. The task involved editing Test Plans and Quick Reference Guides for Network Interface Cards. The Test Plans were in MS Word and the Quick Reference guide was in Unstructured FrameMaker. This was my first project for Triumph India, after the extensive training on Technical Writing skills.

IIME is a Calibration Services provider for various industries. As a Calibration Engineer, my role involved calibrating test and measuring instruments used in the process industry. The instruments were mainly analog and digital electrical meters (used in control panels), mechanical gauges, pressure gauges, temperature sensors, thickness measuring instruments, etc. The task also, required preparing calibration reports, coordinating with customers to collect requirements and to clarify queries if any, analyzing any new instruments and preparing calibration procedures that are documented and referred by other engineers when a required. I also had dual role, as Quality Analyst, that involved conducting quality audits in-lab and on-site. I also underwent the training to get certification for internal quality auditor for NABL accreditation/ISO certification of calibration laboratories. My other task involved mentoring new calibration engineers.

Palyam Engineers is a Calibration Service provider for various industries. As a Calibration Engineer, my role involved calibrating test and measuring instruments used in the process industry. the instruments included analog and digital electrical meters (used in control panels), mechanical gauges, pressure gauges, temperature sensors, thickness measuring instruments, etc. The task required preparing calibration reports, coordinating with customers to collect requirements and to clarify queries if any. It also need to prepare calibration procedures for any new instrument and to document the same for future reference. I also underwent the Internal Quality auditor certification, and started learning to conduct quality audits in-lab and on-site.

ITI is a public sector industry, manufacturing Telephones and communication products. As an Engineer, my role was to performed calibration of test and measuring instruments used in the industry. Instruments included analog and digital electrical meters. Prepared calibration reports for the same. Maintain records of measuring instruments used in the industry.

Epoch Instruments is a Load cell manufacturing company. As a Technician, my role was to assemble electronic components based on the designed circuitry. Test the basic functionalities and deliver to the quality team.

Indian Telephone Industries, is a Telecommunication product manufacturing company. As a Government Apprentice, I was deputed to various departments within the company to learn the different telecom based products. The major project was in the Mini Rural Telephone exchange project, that involved test the final assembled product. The testing was automated with defined test plans. The task also involved troubleshooting minor bugs in the circuit board.
