● Ensures the region's inventory & assets are maintained and protected by resolving inventoryissues and handling stock consolidations.● Ensures timely and accurate preparation of Purchase Order Requisitions.● Maintains and manages the regional asset pool and coordinates with branches todistribute assets as required.● Efficiently and accurately count items and record data. Reconciles physical counts toinventory records. Updates and provides current inventory status.● Works in conjunction with the branches to establish appropriate and accurate inventoryprocedures.● Coordinates branch order processes and assists in establishing appropriate inventorylevels; min/max inventory levels to support sales initiatives.● Maintains slow moving, in transit, and other inventory-related reports for the entireregion.● Works in conjunction with the Warehouse Supervisor and Inventory Analyst to ensurethat all assets are identified, inventoried, tagged and discrepancies are resolved.● Support Operations Manager on all projects linked to inventory, assets, and all othersthat may arise.● Work closely with the Service Center to ensure units are shipped and received promptly to ensure we are serving our regions as expected.● All other duties as required.

● Purchases products and services for the assigned Category which may include MedicalGas Systems, Professional Services, Medical Gas Products, Gas Bulk Tanks, engineering,Homecare, Hospital, Office Equipment, MRO, and other goods or services as required.● Receives and reviews approved requisitions for completeness and appropriate deliveryinformation. Prepares and issues purchase orders with selected suppliers using theapplicable correct terms and conditions. Reconciles invoice discrepancies withAccounts Payable and vendors.● Serves as the primary liaison between the internal customer and the supplier. Resolvesin a timely and effective manner all after-sales nonconformities (invoices on hold,delivery errors, defective material, and delays). Obtains vendor return authorizations andfacilitates product returns while ensuring supply compliance.● Provides internal support by maintaining appropriate contact with internal customers to be involved early in the procurement process. Assists with expediting criticalpath purchase orders for improved service and project management. Demonstrates ahigh degree of service orientation. Cooperates with multifunctional teams tocontinuously improve purchasing.● Solicits quotations from multiple vendors. Participates in the analysis of commercialand technical responses from product and service suppliers. Reviews current andpotential opportunities with group members.● Ensures quality service by maintaining and updating the system management tables thatdrive data processing. Problem solves transactions and processes issues from supplierto customer by ensuring accurate levels of inventory are maintained within the maindistribution.
