Lua and Freeman & Fox of UK were the principal consultants. Also developed and implemented government policies in rehabilitation programmes.As a Senior team member, I designed, execute, project managed – Kona Express Highway – a 12 km long, 4 lanes, flexible pavement highway. This includes number of bridges with varying spans, box culverts, retaining walls etc. Evaluated of Geo technical reports, Soil testing in collaboration with University Testing Labs, determination of Bearing capacity and selection of types of foundationDesign of Piles, different types of foundations, basements. Arranging and testing of Initial and Routine Load tests of Piles.
