I consulted with and sold technology that helped innovative law firms and legal departments transform the archaic, chaotic process of managing legal transactions into a streamlined, efficient process.

I strategically assisted with the growth of Dentons'​ US Public Policy and Regulation practice with a focus on the intersection of disruptive technologies, like autonomous vehicles, and the regulatory environment.

During my time at Kredible, a B2B SaaS startup, I provided law firms with tools which allowed attorneys to take control of their online credibility and understand how buyers of legal services evaluate law firms in the virtual space.I regularly exceeded my daily goals of calls into law firm leaders-including practice chairs, board members, and chief marketing officers-conducted product demonstrations and closed deals with some of the largest firms in the world. To establish awareness and leadership in our market, I spoke to groups of attorneys, notably the technology section of the Georgia bar, and shared stories of interest from industry publications through my LinkedIn profile.

I practiced in the areas of community association law and general commercial litigation and represented associations, businesses and other creditors in connection with the collection of delinquent accounts. I also handled transactional business, real estate and probate-related matters.

I defended servicers and lenders in wrongful foreclosure lawsuits alleging violations of state and federal statutes including the Georgia Fair Lending Act, the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and other civil torts. I also handled title clearance litigation, lender-initiated suits to rescind foreclosure sales and represented creditors in suits on note, garnishments, foreclosure confirmations and deficiency lawsuits.

I negotiated with cell-tower ground landlords to allow other wireless carriers to sublease their equipment on AT&T-owned towers. I also acted as a liaison with the corporate legal department for consent and landlord-related legal issues and led a team that reviewed ground leases to determine legal requirements. (First 9 months were as a contractor for The Lyle Company.)

As a sole practitioner, I represented commercial creditors in suits on note, garnishments, and other collection matters. Additionally, I handled some transactional matters, including drafting wills and other estate planning documents and served as guardian ad litem in Dekalb County Probate Court.

I administered customer relationship management software and trained marketing and sales personnel on its use and co-developed case studies with Fortune 500 clients that were presented at industry events.I left ProcureStaff to enroll in law school in the fall of 2005.

I created website content, tutorials, articles for customer newsletters, and other marketing communications.
