Team Leader (Operations)
CurrentKey Responsibilities: * Working on different projects simultaneously which includes Appointment setup, Selling conference invitation, Webinar invites, conducting surveys etc….* Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize sales opportunities.* Ensured that the shift schedule and staffing numbers are met for all the projects.* Support, motivate staff member to achieve individual and team target* Hold and/or arrange training sessions and check on the team members to ensure they understand each aspect of the project* Collate organizational data in agreement with Managers ( monthly time sheets,sickness/logs, quality assurance etc.....).* Keep the management team informed of accomplishments & ongoing issues, participate in achieving resolutions to identified issues.* Facilitate positive working relationships with client & professional team
