In the role of the Lead Trainer - SMS Project at the British Council, I design and deliver engaging and effective training programs for business teams and educators, using a variety of online and offline platforms and tools. I have 12 years of experience in the education sector, both as a primary teacher and a trainer / mentor.My core competencies include employee learning and development, educational technology, communication, and critical thinking. I am passionate about enhancing the quality of teaching and learning through innovative and inclusive approaches, and fostering a culture of lifelong learning and collaboration. I passed my Post-Graduate Certificate in Education with distinction in 2022, with a focus on curriculum development and assessment. I have also led and participated in several SAP-based IT system rollouts across multiple different countries and regions, demonstrating my project management and problem-solving skills.
