I have worked in all aspects of the property industry from project planning and feasibility studies, site acquisition, obtaining development approvals, building, leasing, property management, sales, finance and valuation. For over 24 years I was the managing director of a successful company actively involved in property valuation and consultancy for a wide range of clients throughout the Greater Brisbane area. I lead a staff of 7 full time and casual employees and was responsible for all aspects of the company including budgets, financial planning, staff training and office management.Since selling my business I have had the opportunity to work for several national firms, gaining valuable operational experience. For the past 5 years I have been with JLL Valuations and Advisory and have recently been promoted to a Director of the company.
