Program Manager – Lockheed Martin – Vicksburg, MS, 2008 - 2010 (Client: Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) – Project: Wireless Refresh ACE-IT  Created and implemented the largest wireless refresh in USACE history – an effort that touched every user in the Corp, as well as every physical location.  Coordinated and delivered 39k devices across 55 district sites and 1400 field sites while involving nearly 100 project manager and 500 field technicians and 38,000 employees for USACE. Communicated daily with customer to identify critical program needs, matched those to available resources, recruited and on-boarded manpower needed to ensure continuity of operations during transition and sustainment.  Key manager responsible for reviewing award, identifying service delivery metrics and validating service delivery baseline.  Managed the ACE-IT Wireless Team that included direct coordination with 2 data centers, an on-site (customer premises) Sys Admin and Desktop device technical support team of 400 employees in 55 locations.
