I am currently employed offshore working as a wind turbine technician. I work on 6dd and have worked on 3.6mw turbines. My duties include servicing and trouble-shooting,I have been working with electrical goods for the past seventeen years, and have been a fully qualified electrical engineer for the last nine. I have previously worked on a range of jobs, from small domestic jobs to large commercial sites where I have managed groups of electricians and apprentices. These jobs have been both local and further afield including jobs where I have had to stay away several weeks. I regularly mentored and assisted in the training of apprentices at my previous employment, many of which I have kept in touch with once they qualified. My involvement in team sports has helped me when working as part of a team on sites and with other trades. I am able to discuss and problem solve with clients, which has led to me being asked to go back for further jobs for the company. In order to stretch myself further I am willing to complete any further training I may need. I look forward to hearing from you.
