I am currently a junior at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with an expected graduation in 2026. My academic journey has equipped me with a solid foundation in financial management, including coursework like FINN 3120, which has helped me develop the skills necessary for a successful career in accounting.Alongside my studies, I have been working as a Team Leader at Panera Bread in Harrisburg, North Carolina, since October 2022. In this role, I have honed my management skills by supervising daily operations and ensuring that inventory and stock levels are effectively managed. I also focus on fostering strong team communication, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working together efficiently.One of my key responsibilities at Panera Bread has been training and developing new team members, helping them to quickly adapt and succeed in their roles. My experience balancing both academic and professional responsibilities has strengthened my work ethic and leadership abilities, and I am committed to continuous improvement as I prepare for a future career in accounting.
