Caledonia Water Alliance, a partnership of Morrison Utility Services and Aecom, delivering New/Upgraded water infrastructure in partnership with Scottish Water.My role at this time involved:▫Monitoring contractors on site.▫Filling site management reports which record status of progress and identification of potential problems owing to material/information of assets. Design capture information to full compliance.▫Liaise with Public wether Utilities/Officials, HSE, Local Authorities and Client, providing P3M compliance.▫Ensure HSE, CDM, P3M Compliance is met throughout site works/contract.

Working with Scottish Water as part of the Alliance to deliver repair and maintenance works on Scottish Water’s foul and surface water infrastructure across Scotland.Primary Responsibilities include:▫ That quality assurance procedures, work instructions and ensure they are applied throughout the site work organisation.▫ Work with the project manager to determine the detailed construction and installation plans.▫Develop construction and commissioning resource profiles/histogram covering all site construction plans.▫Ensure suitable qualified site personnel are identified, recruited and trained to meet the above resource profile, Liaise with the project manager/Team leader to ensure all site plant and equipment is maintained to the required standard and covering certificates are in place.▫As a member of the operations team, liaise with production and procurement management to ensure the necessary documentation, drawings and materials are delivered according to the overall contract programmes.▫Attend and visit sites to review progress and performance.▫Prepare weekly/monthly reports for company senior management, Prepare forecast to complete reports based on actual progress for all sites.▫Through site management and project management, ensure that all client relationships are maintained by providing information and attendance at meetings as appropriate.▫As well as providing continuous feed back to procurement department in order to enhance and develop the quality of our estimating.▫ provide input to the project close-out reports which those lessons learned during the execution of a project are duly noted for further reference.

Roles: sub contracted on a Social Housing Project located in Livingston. All site work undertaking and duties i.e... Organization of Men, Plant, Materials and Schedules.(MALCOLM CONSTRUCTION PART OF WH.MALCOLM)

As part Team Lead of 2/3 man squad. Located in Broxburn, Edinburgh.Roles: Working in partnership with Scottish Water (Client). Undertaken emergency remedial Waste Water/Clean Water pipe bursts keeping customers in service. Also planning and delivering specialist network asset upgrades. Excellent knowledge of various construction Site, H&S, Plant, Shoring requirements, allowing compliant delivery of projects/contract.

Roles: In charge of up to 12+men also plant undertaking various site tasks, mainly new builds. houses, flats. Running of all daily site duties including planning, ordering, setting out. Earthworks, Road Formation, Foundations and specialising mainly in Deep Drainage. All reinstatement types also covered including: Slabing/Kerbing, Monoblocks/Tarring, Specialised Concrete/Form work.
